Rules:
1) Interpret the question how you want, you might need to define certain things, E.G. "Voting should be done (EXCLUSIVELY?) through a secure app to increase turnout!"
2) Only the topic will change in the world, no "redefine the entire system bullshit"
3) Then press start on the timer or don't, we don't care
